The search for burlesque art starts 7 years ago when I was eager to create performances that combine aesthetic research and retro atmospheres with lost femininity to a work that puts the sensual and seductive power of women on stage. Most ACTSs tell about suspended atmospheres, often of the beginning of the 19th century and full of references to Art Nouveau, others are inspired by boudoir and tableau vivant of the end of the 19th century. The movements are slow and sensual and inspired by the icons of those years. Dancers like Loie Fuller, Isadora Duncan, Ruth St. Denis. Femme fatal and intellectual like Marquise Luisa Casati Stampa or Gabrielle Colette.
